Yeah it worked! Great day in SW Idaho. A little warm but good.
Thanks, Bon |

WELL DONE!!
Mike
p.s. you can make the picture bigger if you change the numbers in the string to 1000 and 800 |

Today was a good day. Shot well again and the dogs earned their keep again

A good opener in N ID, last weekend. However, it did rain fairly hard a good part of Saturday and Sunday. We managed to put three in the bag Saturday between rain storms and limited on Sunday, early, before the rains started again. Saw lots of birds! I'll try and get a photo posted later. |

I need to use a camera more and I have a nice portable one that I can carry and use with gloves on. Trouble is I get so caught up in the moment, I never think about the camera until after the action is over and I am on the way back to the truck!! |

win7,
Were I strictly hunting pheasants, my 16 of choice would be my Auto 5 from the lineup below. It is a killing machine when it comes to the tough birds. Back in the day of lead shot, it was also a killing machine on mallard ducks. The new Sweet 16 may also fit this bill, but haven't got to use it extensively on pheasants yet.
Thanks for the reports and all the good pics.
