For me, probably $.08 to $.10 a piece including shipping for true once fired Federal 16 gauge hulls.
Right now, they would have to be a great deal as I have quite a few once fired 16 gauge hulls.....but I am always looking.
I have been trying to buy new factory ammo, but I haven't seen any ammo that the prices are that good. I like to buy light 1 oz. loads #7.5 or #8 shot for sporting clays. |

That price is what I would expect. I see that price for most once fired hulls. But, I’ haven’t bought Federals. I have almost every other brand. |

2 months ago, I was seeing 16ga Fed shells at Walmart for $11 a box. Probably worth buying them and shooting at dove, saving the shells. |

I saw the federal 16ga game loads of 71/2 shot for $7.94 recently at the Walmart stores in my area. It is worth checking them out. I have a couple thousand various hulls on hand so i did not buy any. |

I picked up the last box of Federal 16 gauge at my local Walmart for $7.49. I’m gonna try to scavenge at every Walmart in the area and see what I can find. |

I am going to try and buy what I can find. Shipping has gotten pretty expensive. Thanks to everyone who has checked and sent a PM. I checked as many online places as I could find and everyone is out of stock. 2021 isn’t looking like it is going to start out very well for the 16 gauge. Glad I reload everything. |

You can buy factory loads direct from Federal now, $139 per case and free shipping over $149. Price has gone up by a dollar a box since the last time I looked.
I got a bunch of Federal in 7-1/2 from Walmart on sale for $5.79 per box. They are all cleaned out of ammo now, so good luck finding any.
I also bought a case each of #8 and #7-1/2 from Midway this fall, got a decent price and free shipping on those. $109 for the #8s and $95 for the 7-1/2's.
Sorry - I save all my Federal hulls for reloading, which is why I buy them new when I can |
