Gentlemen,
Beretta Holdings recently purchased Holland & Holland to go along with their 7 other gun companies. Real glad to see H&H back in the ownership of an old time Gun manufacturer. Great move for both Beretta and H&H! Looking forward to seeing how Beretta handles their most recent purchase, of a Best Gun Company.

I agree Beretta is a very stable old time gun company, according to the article in the SSM Beretta had been looking to acquire a Best gun company in the UK so this will make the Beretta holding company an even bigger gun company. The article indicated Beretta now owns 100% of H&H including the Shooting Grounds.
Ya got to love it.

| A "best" gun company. Interesting thought considering Beretta's SO series, especially the upper end. They should have a pretty good idea of what goes on over at H&H, making this a very promising team. |

Definitely no slight was intended to the Beretta Holding Company, only a complement was intended. In the SSM article on page 22 Doug Tate indicates that Beretta has been looking to acquire a premium luxury brand, I use the word Best gun maker, because H&H is just that. Beretta makes some very good guns, their 680 series gun has a reputation very hard to equal. However H&H has a Best gun reputation hard to equal in its own right. With the Beretta Holding management skills this should be a profitable move for Beretta & H&H for sure. We will see what happens in the future.

| The current RIFLE magazine has an article on this sale. The seller was CHANEL! The owners were active shoters and hunters and bought H&H in 1989 |

Beretta is an old time gun manufacturing company and Chanel is a perfume manufacturer. You can see why I was so happy that the Beretta Holding Companies purchased H&H. It always irked me that a Perfume manufacturer owned a Great Best Gun Company. It goes to show you how much money is spent on perfume each year, that Chanel could afford to purchase H&H.
Congrats again to Pietro Beretta and the Beretta Holding Company on the full purchase of H&H.
