Anybody have an old vent rib laying in their parts bin? I'm looking for one I can fit to a project gun. Doesn't matter what it comes from, as long as it is steel. |

I don't know if you could use it, but I have a 20 ga Rem. 1100 vent rib barrel that was split from an obstruction (I didn't do it!).
The rib is not perfect, but it is not crimped or creased. There is a slight bow above the burst and the closest post has detached slightly.
Overall it measures just over 24 7/8", though the rear 1.25" angles down. |

Was considering adding one to a project years ago that never went to fruition, seem to remember trading or sending to a 16ga member but will look. Numrich had a bunch in the white, appears they still do..

Numeric arms have the.. I've put on several. You usually need to cut some off to length. |

Just use what 16gaDavis uses. A piece of wood!!!! Makes his guns into a fight rob with a piece of ash. No other wood works like ash!!!! |
