Both 16, both fit me very well, but I'd never seen them next to each other before. Now I can guess why....

Skeettx: Lots of reloading to do that, both are short-chambered 16s.

Yes, I have a few 2 1/2 inch 16 gauge guns and use the cheddite/rst hulls and a MEC loader with a short kit.

They do quite well

Skeettx: I've got one coming this week. My stockpile of RSTs won't last forever so I now have this option, finally.

Those vintage shoots are great places to pick up more purple hulls. i have picked up hundreds, nay, thousands of RST hulls at such shoots--and share them with my buddies. I only load short shells now with my MEC short kit.

Lloyd , those guns look a LOT like my M12's and the Davis ! ... just can't seem to pick anything else up when push comes to Birds !
