I found a few of my buffered 1-1/4 oz #6 leads I made up 5 years ago. I’ll have my firearm loaded up using those. |

I used 16's last year. I am using 10's this year. First will be a clabrough and bros hammer 10 full and mo full. |

Bought a bunch of those Federal HWT 7's 3" 12's and some 20's for my daughter years ago when Rogers was selling them cheap. Shooting 2 to 4 birds a year will last rest of my lifetime. |

I’ll use carbon (arrows). When I hunted them with shotguns, lead worked great. |

This is my first turkey hunt and after patterning several, the 16s were eliminated due to patterns more conducive to upland birds on the wing to strutting turkeys, I'll be taking a 12 ga OU with 1 3/8oz of #6 lead. |
