| Received this yesterday. Stock is in pretty good condition, forearm is pretty oil soaked and has the usual crack in it. I think they will both clean up nice. Screws aren’t buggered up. Mag cap looks good too. Barrel is an X prefix serial number. I think it’s been cut as it measures 26.5” and is missing the front bead and ramp. There is also a hole where it looks like somebody attempted to install a bead. I am tempted to have this barrel threaded for tubes. I’ll have to find somebody that can silver solder a front sight on. |
