Red dot available at Midway.
For a ridiculous price.

I'd rather be using one of them right now. |

It's price gouging now. The perfect excuse and timing to raise price.
A few companies I refuse to deal with. Even if the come up with fantastic deals. |

In my experience RD is too hot(fast) for the 16.Brownell's has the best selection---BUT---then again prices are ridiculous |

I had great results with Red Dot for 7/8 oz loads. Clean burning, no muzzle blast, light recoil, consistent breaks, smoothest easiest metering of any powder. Several Red Dot loads are listed in the spreadsheets, mine were on the mild side 1200 fps.
BUT
I used it all up, nearly a full keg from a friend. Switched to Clay Dot, a tad slower but also produces excellent 7/8 oz loads, very consistent. It doesn’t meter as smoothly as Red Dot unfortunately, kind of miss the Red Dot. But Clay Dot was all we had at the club so I picked up 8 lbs. Midways price for Red Dot actually isn’t bad except for shipping and hazmat. Maybe there’s a way to get a break on those fees.

Similar results here, IMO RD (& Promo for that matter) works great in lighter 5/8-7/8oz loading's in short barreled guns |
