Hodgdon used to have Longshot data for win. CF hulls 1 1/8 oz lead and Rem SP16 wads - can't find it on their reloading data center anymore.
Looking for 1200-1250 fps,
Thanks |

I've never been favor of loudshot (what it's called in these part) . I get much more pleasant shooting with the same grain with 20/28. Burns very clean. Looks like the barrel has been swabed after a hundred rounds. If you use 20_28 with aquib loads like 5/8, 7/8 with 15 or 16 grain then you get a very dirty load.
After using many different loads over the years I settled on 20/28 for the 16 from trap shooting to game killing power.. Others may find that with the squib loads is the powder is not getting burnt complete up do to powder migration since it's very fine. 20 /28 has become favorite among trap and skeet shooters in this area. To each his own I say. Good shooting. Bill

Thanks for the load info! I found data for RGLs, and figured Win CF hulls would be similar. I've got a small stash of CF hulls that have 1-2 reloads left, figure I'd load them up for hunting loads and run them through the A5 |
