I was looking at the photos of your 16 ga. hammer gun again (or should I say drooling over my screen).I'm not sure if you know but there is a German gun collectors club ( www.germanguns.com ) and they have a reprint of a vintage catalog from Imman Meffert in Suhl. It sells for under $25.00. I just ordered one for my Franz Jaeger (trade marh "Herold" ) and my Sauers.
If you ever want to trade that old relic for a modern 12 ga Mossberg pump I might just be foolish enough to... |

Great. I just ordered some catalogs today and I'm already like a kid in a candy store. Oh well. When you get a pheasant with that gun, post some pics. |

Will do.
I am going to pheasant hunting around Liberal, Kansas this weekend if the roads allow. I am taking in hopes of getting one with it.
Thanks,
Mike |
