The Great White North is a huge landmass with a miniscule population and a even smaller commerce network when we get product up here we have stockpile to stay in the game. Pre ITAR days were great as we could rely on the USA network for our needs shipping and product was available and we could access almost anything with a phone call. Times have changed that's why most stockpile up here now days.

Decent, not the best I have seen, but certainly something to work with. I am going to try different primers and see if I can get the SD/ES better.

Something to note, in the past I have tried Cheddite primers in this shotgun and all they did was pierce. I deprimed about 480 Cheddite new primed hulls because it was so bad. Granted, I did not shoot a lot of these loads, but not a single pierced Cheddite primer during warming shots, functioning shots and test rounds. These are brand new Cheddite CX2000 primers that I just purchased at the Scheel's in Minot, ND.

Funny, the two primers I expected to record the most consistent velocities with were the Cheddite and the RIO. Oh well, that just makes it easier.....if we can ever get Winchester and Federal primers again.

LOL, Yeah well, the forecast is 3 to 6 inches of snow, 20 MPH winds and temps from the mid-twenties to single digits.

I think that Murphy (of Murphy's Law Fame) dates Mother Nature and pisses her off regularly!! Today seems like he only mildly aggravated her. Must have worn his shoes with dog sh** on them into her kitchen.

Here comes the clouds, this is looking SSW from the house.

I had this right of way, on the east side of my property, cleared off so I could chronograph on the north side of the tree rows, but the last time it snowed the drifts got deeper than before so I stopped clearing it off. I chrono'd the above loads looking a little NW. Didn't want to have to pick up wads out of the neighbors wheat field, which is to the east of the right of way.

Here are a few pics of the snow in and around my property. The trees rows are on the north and west sides. The NW winds are the most prevalent. Where you see the tall cottonwood trees, I have a 40 yard range complete with an 8'x8' back board where I can chrono and pattern to my hearts content and keep the shot on my property. Right now there is about 2 to 3 feet of snow back there and too weedy for the snow blower on my tractor.

Those drifts vary from 3' to almost 6' high.

Looking north. You can see the signs, which are on the corner of the PLOTS property. Not a great hunting spot, but I can run my dogs on it. 1/2 mile north of those signs is a wildlife refuge. The Snows and a fair amount of Canada geese use the lake on that refuge each fall. The noise the Snows make coming off the lake is pretty amazing, seeing how that lake is about a mile away.

Tree rows to the west. The snow under the pines is about 4" deep, the snow around those junipers is 3 to 4 feet deep. For reference the lowest limbs on the pines to the left are 3' off the ground.

Here in Central Washington we got three more inches of snow last night which puts us over 10' for the Winter.. A usual Winter would be 5 - 7'; and we have a month to go.

572 was a powder I was using in some 1 oz. target loads.......until I shot it when it was cold. I have about 3 1/2 lbs of the stuff left to use in the Sporting Clays and 5 Stand League in the spring and summer.

I started stocking about 3yrs before I retired. Powder shot primers, hulls. As the years went by I would purchase when good sales come along. If you thought everything would stay conservative I wouldn't have done it. But you know it wouldn't. When politations promise free stuff or going to do you a big favor. Well hang on to your back side. To many people fall for the free gimme stuff. I'm good for the next few years. Been retired for 10 yrs now. Surely people will wise up this next election. But stupid people do stupid things.

Not that I have seen. As long as you have a scale you don't need a bushing chart.

Just a bit lazy on my part. I’ll scale the loads and see if any of the multiple bushings I currently have will consistently produce 20.8 grain drops with my PW loader.
