The reset link looks to be legitimate.
What likely happened is that someone who has an email similar to yours entered their log in information incorrectly. I was trying to reset a password a while back. I was wondering why I wasn't getting the reset email, and finally realized I had entered my email address wrong.
Oops!
This is far more common than you would think, especially with general email service domains such as Gmail, yahoo, AOL (yes, people still use AOL email addresses) etc. |
