In it's natural habitat! Pre-war guns look more like the Remington M17s they were derived from. Price drop to $400.

The pre-war guns also had hand-chased engraving, factory hollowed stocks (for better balance) and better wood and checkering.

Fair price for a nice gun. Prewar 16 gauges handle as well or better than most
SxS's. They are light and balance very well if you load three. |
