Looking at restocking my grandfather’s gun. NID 16 ga. Is a Star model. Buttplate is gone. I see plenty of 12 ga buttplates for sale. Were 12 and 16 ga. Buttplates the same size? If you have a 16 ga. buttplate that will fit, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
