Gentlemen,
Some people just do not appreciate good guns, one of my favorite guns is the #7 16 gauge L.C. Smith, one of the finest guns ever made. Nothing much stacks up to it other than a hand made WR double gun.
all the best,
Pine Creek/Dave

fn16ga,
I agree both Spangler & Kraus did some very fine work on the high grade L.C. Smith guns, nothing comes close to it, especially in these modern times.
Westley Richards guns had some serious engraving on them also.
all the best,

Lloyd3,
I only wish that 16 guage #7 gun was mine, unfortunately I could not afford it when it came for sale some time ago.
all the best,

Gentlemen,
There are no problems with a 16 gauge SXS double guns, the problems occur when they are not taken care of properly by human hands.
all the best,
