You need to know what grade, and if it truly is a Darne-what does it say on the opening lever? Is the wood in good shape, have the barrels been bored or otherwise tampered with? Original buttplate? Any options, say a sling or a case?
Can't tell you too much with a post like the above.
Needless to say, you need to figure out why it won't open, either. I don't think a gun that won't open is worth much, save as a wall hanger.
