A friend has a German gun made by Hans Hunold with Suhl proof marks and made in 1925.No other makings Does any one have any information.He has tried the German collectors and they can't help.

I would call one of the oldtimers in Suhl that are still in business (Wolf, Retz, etc.). In addition, there is a wonderful museum in Suhl and perhaps the curator would be able to help. I looked in the phonebook and there are several "Hunold" listings in the area. |

You might try Ivory Beads over in California. They have a Hans Henold high grade gun in 20 ga. on their recks. Maybe they can tell you something about this maker.
