 Hey boys and girls of the 16ga society. I was bumming around on ebay; looking for 16 ga stuff of course; when I came across some hat pins. They were made from the base of "real" shotgun shells. The short of the story is that the man that makes them will take your antique shotgun shell ( what ever gauge )and put it in a backing. He can make the shell base into hat pins or money clips. I now have three hat pins made from the older REM-UMC shurshot shell bases. The polish job is great. The backing appers to be silver solidered to the base. Answer: hell no!!!  No, really I don't any conection with Mr. Gilbert except to order the three pins. If you like pins (read 16 ga.) this is the man to go to. Good Luck |

| Bustingclays, Try #230100412633. That will get you to his ebay items. I just checked, and he does't have any 16ga up for sale. Send him a shell and he will make the pin, money clip for you. Good luck. |
