Today I was at Cabelas and found a 16 gauge trojan with 26" original barrels bored IC/Mod with a straight grip on a #1 frame 6.8lb, good blueing and some case color. The only downside is someone shortened the stock and then lengthened later with spacers and a black pad.....1030.00. Charlie

Someone on this forum had a 16 ga. Sterly with straight grip just this week, didn't they.

Never mind. I just looked, and its gone. But you can check it out (downsizing alot). Maybe one of the deals will fall through.

Are you sure the 26" are original? I know the stock isn't or it had a gripectomy. Trojan's only came capped pistol grip. I think? However if the gun is solid with no other issues......... price doesn't seem out of place.
Good luck!

The "expert" in the gun library didnt believe they had been cut and showed me a mark at the end of the rib which he said suggested it was original. He to was surprised at the length. It is in good shape and comes up great, should make a great grouse/woodcock gun. Charlie
