Well-written letter, Duncan. No abuse, no trashing, just the facts. Will be interesting to see what response you get. |

Brit
Good approach to the letter.
But incredibly poor syntax, grammar, word formation, split infinitive, etc...
Respectfully

....gentlemen, again, thanks for the support and encouragement. Writing the letter was the right thing to do (special thanks to those who suggested it). I will keep you posted as to whether or not there is a response, and what it is if it comes..... I appreciate ALL the comments and opinions expressed throughout this ordeal....
warm regards,
Duncan |

Duncan, hoping you come to a good ending to this little saga and can celebrate with a dram or two of any of the following beverages that happen to be in my favorites list:
Glenlevit - I started here and moved up
Dalwhinnie - low buck, high return - what you imagine a scots whiskey would taste like before you had some.
Talisker - a little thinner than Laugavulen
Laugavulen - like a mud pie made from peat and a cigar - awesome
Glenfiddich 18 - not a 'fiddich fan but enjoy this for many reasons mostly it has a bite similar to that from my woman in the throes of passion, not one from a street fight opponent
The Macallan - 10 year fine oak is smoother than the straight 12 year - not really a fan of all the fancy barrel hoo-haa though
glenmorainge - I found it too have a bite like that from a pissed off woman - sharp and hurtful but not heavy or long lasting - too many other flavors out there but if it's on sale...
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go shopping for shells and a bottle... |

Good letter Brit -The difference between what I you and I can write and my very talented attorney is:
His letters are almost as nice, while a few key phrases thrust, then twist the knife. In other words he knows what to demand, in exactly which way. That's the difference between average attorneys, and great ones.
This will be very hard to explain, but here goes:
He knows how to subtley ask for (demand) what the letter receiver will not want to do, to get the letter receiver to do what you really want him to do.
Guess thats the only way I know how to explain.
My grat hope is that none of that will be indicated here, and you'll make out just fine. We are all anxiously waiting and on your side.
I'm a biology major which is my excuse for inability to spell and /or wite well/ |

I heard that at 2:16 this afternoon, there was a fire in a trash can on the observation deck of the Eifel Tower. At 2:18 this afternoon, the French government officially surrendered. |
