Chukar would probably be number one.

pheasant

grouse

I'm sure there are some that may be better but I'm limited by what I have experienced.

Wild turkey from a specific area of PA. These birds feed largely on what we call "ground grapes". Of the 7 or 8 turkey I've shot, 3 have come from this area and they all have had the same flavor. The meat has a very sweet subtle grape taste to it. Delicious!

Sandhill Crane - I know that's an uncommon one for most of the country, but one of my buddies calls the tender and delicious breasts, "Ribeyes from the Sky".

1.Duck(pintail, mallard or Canvasback) or goose (lessor or greater Canadians) when its good and has been feeding on corn or barley.
2. Chukar - always good - but stinky to clean
3. Pheasant - always 2nd to chukar
4. Ruffed Grouse/Ptarmigan
5. Hungarian Partridge
6. Quail - though quail is very dependably good and satisfies a white meat craving - also very versatile.
7. Dove
8. Blue Grouse/Sharptail
9. Turkey
11.Prairie chicken/Sage Grouse
