Most folk probably figured this out already, but I think It's neat. I upgraded to the latest Explorer, and the Tab feature saves some time. You can set several "home Pages" in one window, but in seperate tabs. So I can have Shotgunworld, 16ga.com, my web mail, and local weatehr come up at the same time in different tabs. That way whichever loads up first I can get down to business. Just thought I'd tip anyone off who didn't know... |

I've been using Mozilla Firefox for a good while now - no pop ups and tabs galore. I found speed increases too - can't comment on the new IE though as I do not use it. |

I downloaded IE-7, the tabs are nice. Then I tried Firefox, except for a few sites it kicks Explores butt. You can set Firefox to load your tabs when you open it so you never have to go to Favorites for your most used sites. It has a few quirks, but don't they all? I set it as my default browser and go to explorer for the few sites that do not load right for firefox. All in all Iv'e been happy with it. Jim A. |

I'm OK with either FireFox or IE. Then again, I remember card catalogs and the bound periodical holdings lists and actually typing papers in college, cutting and pasting and then going to Kinkos to get a clean enough copy to hand in to a prof. Hell, it's all good these days. |

Tab, Firefox, operating systems, it's all Greek to me.
Tab is a or was a soda and Firefox is/was a movie with Clint Eastwood.
My operating system is the electric company and an outlet in my house. Without those 2 my 'puter don't operate.
Don't know nuttin about this 'puter crap. |
