Here is a JP Sauer marked "Louis Jordan, Chicago" with all the bells and whistles. Krupp bbls with all the marks etc. Yea, its been redone but it is sweet. Its currently getting a strip and re-lay. The pic is not great but I'll have some good ones when it gets back. Weigs 5.5lbs. 28" bbls chokes being fixed at .000 right and .012 left. 2.5" chambers.

I absolutely love this gun.

Now that is sweet. Do you know when it was made? I used to have a 16-4 bore, sidelock, made in 1900 but it was stolen from my truck. (Which means... I left it on the roof and drove off).

PGG:

It was made in 1897 as far as we can tell from the ser.#

Its a "Knockabout" but I darn sure don't knock it.

Here is another pic still not good but as I said I will have some better ones when it gets back from the shop.

Now if they'd only get rid of those %^&*#$ cheekpieces! That's why Bruce's looks so nice. I saw that one before he bought it, and if I'd been looking for something like that at the time, it wouldn't be Bruce's now. Very nice gun. Cman's too . . . except for the funny, discolored barrels.

I agree with you about cheek pieces. But then again, being a southpaw, I can have them removed with out adversely affecting the guns performance.

Larry:

Its down at Briley for a full "strip and re-lay". When it gets back it should be 100%

I am also doing the choke thing I think I told you about on this or "one of the other" boards. .000 right bbl and .012 left.

Just got two flats of low P 2.5" loads in. This should be fun.

If we can ever get together for a day it is yours to shoot.

Bruce, that should be a very nice gun once Briley modifications are complete.
