Upland Journal is hosting a get together the end of July. What do you guys think about this one?
I missed last years but am going to try real hard to make this one. Heard a roumor Big Kev will be there with his new Fox 16-20 bizillon dollar gun, Perhaps I'll get to shoot it, even with his 16 1/4 LOP

I'm interested but not sure how to vote...scarborough is not too far, just need to plan - falls near my birthday and provided I'm not traveling for work, I'll be there

I am signed up for it and I just borrowed a pop up camper to stay on site. I see no reason to be driving after spending the day (after shooting) in the cooler full of beer.

I voted that I would be in. But I haven't checked the book to see if anything is going on that weekend yet. If there is nothing, I'm going to put it in so that it stays clear.

Probably will head up on Fri 27th, shoot on Sat and come back on Sunday.

I'll PM you for some info.

I'm not staying in any work van even without the wifey being there. Confused

I just need to get some info on hotels/motels etc within maybe an hour or less from the shoot.

And NO Huns, we can't get one big king size bed. Wink

I will be relying on others this year for the cigars and scotch as I spent all of my money on the Fox. Anybody have an extra pair of size 14 shoes? Very Happy

Wish I could attend. I'm Browning 425 on the UJ board. I always enjoy the board threads from different members in all parts of our great country.

I made a promise to myself this year that I want to attend as many events in the USA as possible as regards wingshooting and clays events, given my limited budget. I'm sorry that I won't be able to attend this year, but maybe in the future. I would like to meet as many of you fellows as possible, for I find it to be a very enjoyable pursuit as regards your different views on shooting and the different types of gamebirds you hunt.

I'm very intrested in you grouse hunters, as I have only limited experience with sage grouse in WY.Maybe next year! Very Happy

XVI'er, looking forward to when you have the time.

Kev, swisher sweets, and Inverhouse(in plastic) do? bahabaha.
I'll swap you 2 boxes of cubans for that clunker 12bore your trying to dump on the unsuspecting public., but that will have to included 2 hunts behind Holly and 1 behind Bo the cocker. that might just make the pain of taking the 12bore off your hands bearable. BTW look for a email on the matter we were talking about last week. TJC may have a solution. Whats your scheduel for that weekend?

TJC , let me know on the girl thing

The wifey is available and wants to tag along. You gotta get Kathi to go now. Looks like 2 rooms at the nearest hotel/motel. Dinner for 2 etc etc. The wallet will never be the same. Very Happy

I think I sent you a PM on the prices, didn't I/

Talked to karen(mikes g-friend) she's going to lite a fire under his posterior so It seems we'll have the full complement of women folk(yea I couldn't ditch Kathi) now if we can get sprocket a job or a compainion(don't ask, don't tell) and get him to join us as well as clutch and Kev and we'll have the start of a good representation of the 16'ers
