XVI'er and I have discussed holding a 16 Gauge Shoot May 19th at Alpine Range, just a few miles South of Ft Worth. They have a Clays Course, as well as Trap and Skeet.

There is a nearby BBQ Joint, for a after shoot gathering.

I just wanted to gauge the interest - so please let us know.

We had a good turn out, and perfect weather to shoot in.

Along with any shotgunning skill I ever had, I forgot to bring a Camera, Andy C was taking some photos, so perhaps XVI'er will get a copy to post.

Also Postoak's french doubles were very interesting. All in all a fun shoot.

New shooters that joined us were MCHunter & ole cowboy. We had a great time but it did get warm! A difficult presentation on 2, 4, 8, and 10. I found out that I'm no George Digweed!! Embarassed But then again , who is. Cool

Glad you had a good time! It was definitely a treat for me. Next time, I hope our ranks swell to twice the number!

I now find I have an intense hatred of small orange disks, flying through the air.
