A very nice redone gun, and probably worth the 12K the bid is at now.
It's going to be interesting to see what the reserve is and what it might sell for.

The LC on the side plate didn't look to good, almost looked added via photoshop. And very white. I also noticed the two pins in the side plates appeared to be bare, white steel. I would have thought that they would have had CC's still unless replaced.

I don't know squat about LC's though...

Who would spend more than a few $k on a gun with mis-spelled words? Apparently several people. How do you fix a mistake like that on deeply engraved letters?
