What's a good recoil pad to add to a 16 Citori Lighting? |

Pachmayer Decelerator is what I have on my Citori Feather and have been very pleased with it. |

does that screw to the end of the stock, or do I have to have it installed? |

Most recoil pads need to be fitted to the stock so take it to a gun smith. Remember that a pad will alter the length of pull of your gun so you may need to have the stock shortened. |

It will screw to the end but as stated, it needs to be fit to the stock. Again also, you will have to have the stock cut if you intend to keep the LOP the same. |

Consider retaining the hard buttplate - I prefer them. |

I think if you are going to shoot a lot of clays with the gun get the recoil pad, although, it may reduce the value a little. If it's strictly for hunting, keep the original hard plate. You don't usually notice the recoil while hunting (except when you're using Fiocchi Golden Phesant's. Then you notice it when you're getting up off the ground ) And the hard plate doesn't hang up on your clothes like a pad can.
My opinion. YMMV.
