No offense here!!!!! Just wondering if any one knows about a site such as this for 28 gauge users? One of my fly fishing friends came into 14 of them from a family estate. Got to admit they are cute! He hasn't been a shooter but I got him out with with Browning Model 12 and he is ordering cases of shells.

Remember- just curious! Not wanting to set off missiles and tanks!

PF,

No, but you will find that there are lots of 16 gauge shooters who use the 'little brother' of the 16, the 28 gauge. You will also find a lot of 28 gauge shooters on the Shooting Sportsman Bulletin Board.

14 28's? PLEASE list what they were and let us all drool!

I think you're fairly safe here: Those of us who don't have the coin for a Merkel tend to save the artillery for the Browning/Rizzini/Guerini debate. Wink

I'd bet at least half of us here also shoot 28s. They are a ton of fun in a wee package.
