That's very reasonable compared to what I've seen around this part of NJ as far as Sweet 16s are going for.
I wish the pics were a bit better to see the details though. If it's as nice as it sounds, it would be a great buy. |

I don't believe thst the $750 Browning is a Sweet Sixteen. I think it is a Standard Sixteen but it will take a better picture to be sure. If it is a standard then the price may be a bit high, particularly as it has a recoil pad on it. If it is a Browning factory case, that helps justify the price a bit.
Note that there is also Sweet listed in the same classifieds for $3,600. That's too much money for any Sweet. I wonder what he's smokin?

i spoke w/ this fella yesterday. it is a std 16 and has been refinished but he didn't know by whom. got it from an estate sale. i told him, respectfully , that his price was a bit dear. he said hye knows little about a5's and was pricing based on what the auction prices were. nice guy just a bit misinformed. |

So it is a refinished standard sixteen with a recoil pad in place of the originasl horn buttplate.... it should sell for around $400.
