I am considering getting one of the new 16ga versions but would like to get it restocked with nice wood and have a nicer looking forend made. Is there any reason why a BPS forend could not be shaped more like a Model 12 skeet forend? |

To answer your question, no.
It's built on a 20ga frame and you probably can find a stock set of much nicer wood to fit it. And likely have to do no fitting except for your own taste. |

I like that thought---too bad the Browning crew didn't do it on the factory model |
