As promised, here's some shots of my new BPS. I'm still amazed at how easy it comes to aim, it fits me very well.
The only disappointment, and it's a small one, is the checkering. It's done by machine and if one looks close enough, it just isn't as nice as hand checkering.
Next weekend I'll have it in the field and should be able to report on how it shoots.

Stylish photos.
Shame the hat and gloves cover what we're all here to see...the gun.
Did you really expect hand checkering for this price? |

No, But it is closer to hand checkering than if it were merely stamped into the stock. I'd say a fair value for the price.
BTW, didja really want naked gun photos? |

Looks like a pretty decent stick of wood on it. Enjoy! |

How about settling the disagreement between the Browning catalog and the people who've handled one,
WHAT DOES IT WEIGH?

Roper, my brother. We are all awaiting your report on the new Browning along with the weight, barrel config, etc....
And most important- how many birds have you harvested with your beauty? |

All right, the Browning logo hat can stay, and the empties. But I could do without the roping gloves. |

The one that adds 3 pounds to everything you put on it? That'd make for a 10 pound 16! |
