Here's a pic of a grouse I got today in the Dolly Sods wilderness area of WV. A homemade load of #8's out of the right barrel did the job. The gun is my 16 ga. 216 roundbody Grulla.

I ordered her through Lion Country Supply about 4 years ago. I picked out the wood from LCS's supply of blanks and picked a skeleton butt plate and sideclips as my options. Also had the triggers rolled to the left as I am a southpaw. Choked .003 & .010 with 28 inch barrels she weights in at 6 lbs 6 ozs. Plan on shooting her for the rest of my life.

That is one fine shooting stick! I also wish I could take pictures as well as you do. That picture is a framer in my opinion!

My only complaint is I'm not in it holding the gun!

That is a beautiful red phase bird. I used to hunt Turkeys and Trout fish near there in Smoke holes.
