Kremerd,
Victor Sarasqueta was the great Spanish maker of the XX century, they went bust in 1981. Later other names popped up, none up to the standards set by the previous one. (JJ. Sarasqueta, Viuda de Sarasqueta, Felix Sarasqueta etc). For example, JJ Sarasqueta is a trade name that is rented to a machine maker of guns. Check a letter (or letter plus number) in the water table, it will tell the gunīs year. EJSXS |

The gun I have says it is J.M. Sarasquetta, s x s, IM XF, boxlock bird engravings, 16 ga. 27 1/2 in barrel. Was thinking about selling it but why sell it, I'd probably have sellers remorse and its not eating anything. |
