Michiganhunter--You do realize that not all Model 90 barrels will inter change. You should have a competent 'smith available to insure proper fitting. I may have a set of 28". I'll have to look through the shop to be sure.

the hook on the bottom of the bbls that connects them cracked at the top. it looks like it might be a sperate piece but i dont know if it is or not and/or if that piece can be replaced. |

Nick--what do you think? Would TIG welding be a better option than new barrels? Seems to me like it would be far less trouble......

Are you a stickler for perfect things ??? The reason that I ask this is , the monoblock is Iron as well and it doesnt like to play fair all the time , Yes I can weld it back in place for you but the hook relationship with the hinge pin might change a little bit , for the metal will not want to move back to its orginal positon exactly .
I would weld this up for you at no charge to get the old gun back in service , you pay the shipping both ways , all I want is the barrels in the shipment.
The address is
AA PRECISION MACHINE
18800 Rose Finch, Rd .
Richland , Mo. 65556
Dont worry you can pay me back by buying some wads !!!!!!!!!!
Regards Charles
Email me the pic's first just to make sure their are no suprises . the address is aaprecision@yahoo.com |

This is how Dennis's barrels looked like .
I mask off the area and bead blasted it to remove bluings, rust , ect.
I left the weld areas a bit proud for the iron has little strength with out the solder under the monoblock , this is why the block gave way in the first place it was just plain ole missed by the guy soldering the monoblock .
Dennis if you open and close the gun in the manner that I told you , this should last you for as long as you will need the gun .

Wow! Wow! and Double Wow! NEAT !! And the Ole Girl lives to shoot another day.
Now a different subject. Charles you mentioned that we could buy some wads. How and when? We have a local DownRange Manufacturing Retailer here but I have called him twice in the not too distant pact and he said he will get "Right Back to Me" with information and pricing about the 16 gauge wad. No call back. What must one do to buy a quantity of the new wads? Thanks, Mike |

We are looking to have the Mold done July Fourth .
I would guess that the wads will hit the dealers sometime in Aug . bar no complications , keep watching for the pending anouncement .
ALSO KEEP LOOKING FOR MORE ANOUNCEMENTS OF WONDERFUL THINGS AHEAD , TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON .......................
