| I tried 2 times to post a new topic and when I hit submit it imediately goes to the Log In screen ever though it says I am already logged in. |

Probably because you are an AOL user. AOL randomly changes your IP code. If it's changed on you since you logged in, your logged in IP code is different from your current one and you won't be recognized.
Solutions are to log off and back on before you post or to get a more up to date ISP.
