For our Parker aficionados, Jaqua's has a 16ga CHE listed. This is just for your viewing pleasure, I have no ties to it. I'm not a Parker fan.

Thanks for the heads up on this one Roadkill.
What a shame this terrific Parker was given such a crappy refinish job.
The price does seems to reflect it.
Cheers,

I wouldn't give you half the asking price, for that poorly upgraded, ugly looking, gun. |

When I see guns like this I can never figure out why someone would go through all the time and expense of this extensive a refinish job and still have a whored up gun?
Someone paid a good amount to create this mess?
I guess the same guy painted 911 on the side of his Chevette and called it his Porsche. |

I don't know anything about Parkers in general, but I was wondering why that gun has such a high price tag, its definitely not a pretty piece

You know the story Bill.
Someone has something that says "Parker" on it.
Then convinces themselves it would be cool to make it a "upgraded" valuable Parker.
Then decides they have sort of created a CHE Parker and then puts a ridiculous price on it. That why I said it has a price that reflects what it is. A poorly conceived train wreck that's Barely is still a Parker and certainly not a graded Parker.
The only thing missing is initials hand carved in the side of the stock.
Cheers,
Brad |
