I got a new catalog from Graf's last week and they are listing two Cheddite 16ga wads, a CH1628 and a CH 1632. There is a picture of the 32 on the Graf's website and it looks similar to the old Activ G32. Anybody know anything about these wads?
Thanks,
Jim |

I also saw that wad advertised and was curious about it too. What amazes me is that a reloading component appears on the market with no reloading data for its use. I haven't reloaded in 20 years but as I remember, the rule of thumb was "follow the recipe." Any change in components could alter the pressure one way or the other. In this case, there is no recipe. Where do you start? Maybe some of the guys from the low pressure group will chime in and shed some light on it. I don'tknow if I would just shove that wad in a hull and pull the trigger just to see what happens.
I'm going to respond to another post about the new claybuster wad. I just got back from the Grand and picked up some samples and some information. |
