I didn't know Ruger made the Gold Label in 16ga. |

True, they were never made in 16 gauge but I never said it was a 16. |

Most likely, the title of the forum...."16ga. Guns Wanted or For Sale," and the stipulation under "guidelines" that the purpose of the forum topic is "to assist the buying, selling and trading of 16ga. guns" threw people off......... |

I am quite aware they didn't make a GL in 16ga. In reference to this site's guidelines, that was indeed my point. |

I only new about it because at the top of the sales forum, in big letters, it says:
Read this First! Guidelines |

Sooooo....if he added willing to trade for a 16ga he would meet the guidelines, right? We don't want to start sounding like the doublegun jounal for sale bunch, do we?

I'm just kidding around.......actually the Gold Label sounds like a nice gun. Too bad they couldn't have made that project work and produce it in a 16 gauge. The Red Label is one shotgun that absolutely does not fit me. After a single trap session my face would look like I just finished 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. I've never had the opprtunity to try one of the Gold Labels. |

Hello All,
You KNOW that I have and shoot a Browning Superposed in 16 gauge, so maybe just maybe there is a 16 gauge Ruger GL out there??
I also have a Ruger 20 gauge Red Label
with an extra set of over under 30-40 Krag barrels.
What fun, what fun
Enjoy the day
Mike |
