Good Morning:

I have for sale a very nice 1954 vintage 16 gauge Wingmaster. The original barrel is 28" full.

In addition, I will include a second 28" modified barrel that came off a model 58. As most Remington users are probably aware, the model 58 barrels are interchangable with 870 barrels of same gauge. The only difference is the presence of two gas ports inside the lug on the model 58 barrels.

Both barrels are plain (no rib).

The stock has been nicely refinished and 1" pad added. Otherwise original.

Gun and second barrel shipped to your local FFL for $375. I am not a dealer and this is a private sale.

I strongly recommend having those ports welded up closed before using the 58 barrel on an 870. The gas ports fire into the unvented forend of the 870. There is no gas seal ring and piston ring to contain and harness the force of the gas. There is no telling if and when the forend might split and injure the hand holding it. Plus, all the residue will end up fouling the outside of the magazine tube.
