This morning I brought 4 shotgun shell re-loaders to the MEC customer service dept in Mayville WI. 2 9000's in 16 and 28ga, 1 grabber in 28ga and one Sizemaster in 16ga.
Was in the shop at 7:15 and left at 9:10 with all four machines tuned up and running like clocks. The guys replaced two of the primer feeders with the new improved version and replaced any worn out, bent or otherwise faulty parts on all four units.
I have nothing but good to say about the fellas that work there and the repair policy that the company lives by. More than fair prices and great service. TWO THUMBS UP!! Best of all, all American made.

I've only dealt with them over the phone, but have to say they have always been friendly, informative, and quick to get parts out.
Needless to say, there's a bunch of companies that could learn a bit from them. |

| I have had a lot of contact with MEC over the years (since 1974), and no matter what the situation might be, the folks at MEC are always TOP NOTCH. |
