Hey everyone, glad i found this place! I recently inherited great grandpa's old featherlight "because he would want it to be used". I have shot it a few days at the range now and love this gun. I have always wanted to get into reloading and was thinking the 16 ga might be the reason i need to make the plunge. I have a reliable source for remmington game loads (black hulls) and was wondering if these are worth saving as i keep reading up getting ready to reload. Thanks for your help! |

Congratulations on the gun. Welcome to the website. Remington hulls are popular with many of the members. You might want to do a search as I'm sure you will find previous posts which would provide information about the hull. |

If you find yourself with too many hulls post them here for sale and you could use the money to buy a Sizemaster and your components--Folks here could use the hulls and you will set yourself up in the reloading business--Everyone wins P.S Don't forget to join the Low Pressure Group down the road --lots of great info |

Keep the hulls you can always sell them here. If you want to just test the waters, I found the little lee loaders do a decent job and you can find one every now and get them very cheap here in the classifieds. I have a 37 16ga too that was my dad's . They are very neat guns. |
