How much is this worth ?
Dad bought it new, has had 1 box of shells through it.
Cabelas rated it between 95-98%
Cabelas said they would buy it for $ 1200 from me
Would I be stupid to try and sell it for $ 1300 to somebody that wanted to own it ? Why let Cabelas have it for a lower price and then have them sell it for way more than they paid for it ? |

If you have a brother or sister or even a cousin that would cherish a family heirloom the way it should be you should give it to them. |

My son was born many years after my dad past away. It is too bad they never met. But , my son like all my pistols and riffles and isn't interested in the shotgun. He would rather I sell it and use the money to buy him the riffle of his choice. This is his idea. He has worked and saved money in the past four hears and I have bought him 3 riffles to date. He wants more :D |

If you don't want the gun, you can sell it right here.
Post some pictures, your asking price, and some contact info.

i would like to see some pics. i could be interested in a sweet that is in very good condition for 1300 dollars. do you know any of the dimensions, lop, dac, cast off or on? has it been fitted with a recoil pad? if so, do you have the original butt plate? it sounds like it would fit my collection, how is it choked?
you may answer here or e-mail me. k28ga@yahoo.com

PM sent to Karl, I need to get my camera back and then I can take pics
( the camera is down at the rod shop ). The gun is stock as bought in 1953, no modifications what so ever. It only has had one box of shells through it.
I will sell it for the $ 1300 price , buyer pays shipping. Or if your local to Seattle, I will deliver it in person ! |

What is the choke, barrel length and plain or vent-rib barrel?
