scheels in Iowa City Iowa has a Browning A5 Sweet Sixteen $1395. uncut stock round knob Belgium 26 inch IC ribbed barrel. If I did not have saome guns to get rid of I would be buying. metal 90% no major gaffs wood pretty good. some varnish coming off. |

Bit high, most are going around $1000,
if it is pristine ..maybe...or have a case and xtra barrel. |

you will be able to buy for $1000 to $1100. 26 inch ic ribbed barrels are hard to come by. gun is round knob in pretty good condition and would no think the actual sale price is to far off. |

They may be higher in other parts of the country, just around here they tend to hold around $1000, not asking price, actual selling price. A lot of them now-a-days have issues, for the real pristine ones they are asking $2000 to $3000, I don't see them selling at that, same ones keep coming around on the same tables at shows, refurb eye candy safe queens, nice to look over, but they never seem to sell, 50's and 60's guns with reblue and later model wood, (oops) new triggers, I'd rather buy an original shooter, at least you know what you are getting. |
