I have a 16ga Citori White LIghtning for sale. It has 28 inch barrels with invector chokes. LOP is 14 1/2 to end of decelerator pad. It is in excellent condition for a used gun, and has been shot very little. Comes with original box and papers including owners card which was never filled out. Price is 1195.00 plus shipping and handling to ffl only. For pictures email me at pokerdand@msn.com, thanks for looking. |

I was wondering when one of you guys was going to get smart and buy it. If I did not have a surplus, I'd have been on it like a duck on a june bug. Good luck there 11, you got a good one and you got a super bargain too. Poker, you got any more? |

it should be here this week, I can't wait. This has been a good summer, got a nice A-5 16 for $450, a much waited for Citori for the right money, and found a good home for that shortened but near mint 870 16 destined for a new young hunter. and have $800 of mad money left. If the Citori is half the gun folks on this board think it is, I still got a good deal. |

yes we did, I posted the serial number A18179 and some one else replied back that this serial number indicated that it was made during the war from 1942-47. This would indicate that it was made by Remington during that time for Browning. No wonder it felt so good, as it was made about the same time as my Mod 11 (1946 or 47). Knocked hell out of west TX doves two weeks ago. it has the rough Matte finish on the receiver, and that was what my question was about. I've found another A-5 16 here locally that the owner is asking $475 for. It's about same as mine (80-90%) and in good working order. If anybody is interested, I could get the serial number and check it out some more. If I didn't already have this one (and just bought the Citori), I'd probably jump on it. Let me know if there's any interest and I'll go check it out. later pt |
