Message says it all. This design has really grown on me and I'd like to pick one up. Hopefully, with 28" barrels. Let me know what you have... |

About 2 months ago there was one for sale on guns international. Don't know if it's still there but you might look there. It had 28inch barrels

Thanks for the tip, nothing there currently. I searched gunbroker, GI and GA along with armslist with no active results.
I thought my best chance would be a fellow 16ga enthusiast here on the forum.

Check Cabelas Gun Library
Sometimes they will have one, but their prices are generally pretty high. |

Thanks, they are on my list of "searchs" I've also got search alerts out on GI, GA, Armslist & GB.
I figured my best chances of finding one would be on this forum, but chances of someone selling would be minimal. |

Not a GR6 but is a GR3. Though I must admit the wood looks much much better than my GR3 (wow). Can't tell if it's a long tang or not, nor barrel length. I'm guessing 28" |

I talked with the owner of this gun at length. He has stopped bird hunting and has decided to part with this gun. Its a Grade III but when the gun was purchased, he had an insider at browning who hooked him up with what appears to be grade VI wood.
Here is a link to the armslist add & additional pictures of the firearm I posted in the for sale section.

wow, how time flies! As summer draws to an end and I pull my 16's out to get ready for bird season, I realized I still haven't located a...
Silver, 28" Grade VI 16 gauge.
Another forum member scored one from cabelas not too long ago but I'm Still searching if you've found one for sale, have one to sell or know someone who does.

That's a nice looking GR III.
I have read about a few cases of fraud on Armslist. Basis what I have read, I would be caur=tious about anything but a face to face in broad daylight. |

Agreed. If a fellow forum member is close enough, it might be worth a look. |
