I’ll call UPS today but from what I am seeing on their website it says I have to be a certified haz mat shipper. |

Yes you do. both UPS and Fedex require that you have an account with them and that you are using their shipping system to ship any hazardous materials.
You can't even go to one of their shipping centers and ship hazardous material |

Called UPS and they said I have to be certified in haz mat and fill out all of their paperwork. Then their is hazmat fees on top of shipping charges and I have to drop off at a hub not one of their stores.
I’ll have to move this to local only. Not willing to jump thru that many hoops
I am in the twin cities area and frequent northern WI if anyone is interested. I’ll be at the 16 ga SxS shoot also. |

Ammo falls under ORM-D and is no issue. Powder falls under haz mat which is a mess |
